ONE DNA™

ONE-DNA™ is a turf system made from a single material: polyethylene. Unlike conventional turf, which is built from multiple inseparable layers, this mono-material design allows clean mechanical recycling. No sorting. No downcycling. Just material that retains its value.

Why it works

Traditional turf is difficult to recycle because it combines different plastics, adhesives and coatings into one product. Once fused, these materials are nearly impossible to separate at end of life. Most end up incinerated or in landfill. ONE-DNA™ avoids that complexity. By using only one polymer throughout, the system can be recycled in full, without chemical treatment or loss of quality. The result is a turf system that is truly circular.

Designed for Circularity

The production process is efficient and energy-saving, requiring fewer new raw materials. The system is made entirely of polyethylene, results in lower emissions because no energy-intensive ovens are needed, and is fully recyclable into high-quality new applications at the end of its lifecycle.

Recycling alone does not create circularity. The quality and potential applications of the recovered material matter too. That is why ONE DNA™ focuses on material compatibility from the beginning. Using one polymer throughout the turf construction is intended to support recovery of a more consistent PE material stream.

The objective is not simply to recycle the turf. It is to preserve the potential value of the material for its next use.
